Sessions

We'll be running our first Incredible Edible Grow Your Own sessions at Ossett Community Centre, Prospect Road, Ossett starting this Friday - 3rd February.
Sessions are ideal for anyone wanting to have a go at growing their own food for the first time but experienced growers are also welcome.
  • We will be meeting at 10.00 am every Friday - sessions starting at 10.15 am and finishing at 12.noon with a 15 minute break for a cuppa at 11.00 am
  • Each week attendees will be able to participate in 45 minutes of sowing/ greenhouse work and 45 minutes of working on growing plots / communal areas
  • At each session we will be sowing 4 or 5 types of fruit or vegetables and learning new growing techniques
  • Sessions are free but attendees can donate £1 per session and get a Veggie Voucher worth £2.50
  • Vouchers are redeemable against what we grow, which will be available at about 50% off garden centre prices
  • Growing information sheets will be available each week for attendees to take away with them
