Anyone Do Contract Roasting?

I've been roasting professionally for almost 20 years, but have only
been in business for myself for about 4 years and haven't had to deal
with this situation yet.

A couple of people have called me recently with the same story: they
can supply me with green beans and want me to roast and package them.

Thing is, I have no idea what to charge them and I need suggestions?
Do I charge by the hour? By the pound? We're obviously talking about
labor, energy, wear & tear on the machine and probably packaging
supplies.
