Motorized vent: some old vibes, new ESP* execution

Immediately had the flashback to where this project started about 22

Sent a message to Tony (the author), let's see if we can get more
integration between DZ and his creation than just an MQTT endpoint.
His implementation is tied to Home Assistant
(https://github.com/TonyBrobston/mqtt-hvac-vent-control), try that if
you fancy it.

Either way, I think I'll try his firmware as a DZ integration; so far
it just supports bang-bang operation but hopefully it will act as a
modulating damper someday.
