ADK Update: Arduino firmware source code published

Android counterpart will follow shortly, straight to Android Market.

Meanwhile, code review would be appreciated - been a long while since
I wrote C++ code.

And another thing, it's painful to step out of Maven world of
controlled dependencies into a world where shards of code are flying
back and forth, so I'd appreciate if embedded gurus here could clue me
in on how to organize the source the best - and whether anything like
Maven exists in embedded world.

And, last but not least - if someone made AVRdude work from under
Eclipse, I'd like to know the secret.
