§ C.U.R.E INDIA Campaign (Citizens United for Redefining & Empowering India) "EkKaDus" - Make a difference in the lives of 10 (ten) underprivileged Indians to help and guide them, redefine their life and empower them with your thinking and association.

§ Harmony Campaign – It aims to foster religious harmony among at-least among four different religions.

§ Campaign - Motivating the beggars to stop begging and start working

Types of internships:

·         Individual Internship - A student works individually throughout the course of his/ her internship.

·         Group Internship - Student forms a group of 10 people and contributes as a group. Group leader will get two certificates - one for Internship & other for organizing.

Duration:

The internship will continue over a period of two to four weeks where our senior associates will monitor the impact of your participation. You are expected to spend at least 15 hours during this internship period. Successful Completion of the internship will subsequently lead to the award of a certificate from INDIA Redefined, which can be used as a document to support your extracurricular activities while you apply for further education or a job.

 

In addition we need Youth Coordinators for INDIA Redefined Citizen-Corporate Collective Responsibility Group (CCCRG) to associate with various Corporate & organizations with INDIA Redefined for their CSR

We also need Youth Coordinators for our 3rd Sector Partnership Program - NGOs & Rotary Clubs. Several Lions-Lioness Clubs are associated with our 3rd Sector Partnership Program. 

How to apply?

 College / University Students /School Students interested in internship should send their CV and Photograph at internship@indiaredefined.org   Please mention in the subject line “Request for Internship”.

·         Students keen on leadership roles to become Coordinators or Coordinating Campaigns / Initiatives / Events / Activities in their College/University or City/Village/ School should also send their details in a separate email at ap...@indiaredefined.org with subject line mentioning their interest in being Coordinator. Selected students can then lead Campaigns of INDIA Redefined in their area e.g. Educate India, Clean India, Green India, and Healthy India etc.

·         Choose two areas of your interest and download one INDIA Redefined banner, get it printed. Send 4-10 photographs of activities done by you with INDIA Redefined banner in the background on internship@indiaredefined.org  Please refer to old activity photographs in the Activities section of INDIA Redefined website for sample. Also send a project report detailing date, place, activity description, people involved and people benefitted etc.

We seek to make this movement a nationwide phenomenon and for that we look up to students who are determined to bring a change. Students from schools and colleges all over the country can join this initiative of our apolitical Citizen empower movement by doing internships with India Redefined. 

INDIA Redefined does not collect funds or distributes money or freebies. We strive to influence socially conscious citizens to donate their time for social empowerment of the ones who need it the most. After completion of the internship we can give you an internship certificate and also a full-time responsibility of an associate if your performance is impressive. The area of work shall be around where you live so as to reduce travel and other expenses

 

Among the various programs that we support are those programs where the Central or State governments have already budgeted and earmarked considerable funds that need to be implemented on the ground in the true national development spirit that was intended.

a) “My School, My Choice”-Seeking Corporate & Institutional Support for INDIA Redefined "My School, My Choice" Program-A program for Right to "Quality" Education starting Academic Calendar of 2016-17 for Std. 1~5 students

“My School, My Choice” is designed by INDIA Redefined and Edenred India & BSNL ECLASS as partners for Corporate to participate through their CSR activities. This primarily makes an effort in enhancing and encouraging Affordable Private School (APS) to provide a better quality of education by empowering the Child & Parent to make their own choice of the school where they think a better quality of education is available. 

Many from the underprivileged class cannot afford the fee or other paraphernalia that is associated for the child to attend a private school which can provide a better education. It is in this context the SMART Coupon based financial assistance provides for their chosen school and affiliated uniform shops, book shops, transport, local stationary shops etc. 

Controlled by Smart coupons, this program makes an effort in addressing and plugging the loopholes encountered in other subsidy programs. Incidentally, when subsidies are rolled out in the form of cash it gets spent by the beneficiaries on other non-essential items and the desired outcome is not seen. Smart coupon plugs this pilferage/ leakage and makes it stringent so that the coupon is exchanged only for the said purpose thereby ensuring the grant utilization only for the desired social cause.

As a CSR initiative, the program is developed for a win-win situation for both the underprivileged and the education institution, at the same time ensuring digitally tracked fund utilization to the sponsoring company. More than 70,000 students and 1500+ APS have been identified by INDIA Redefined and its partner NGOs across various states awaiting sponsoring Corporate's commitment. 

b) "Amritdhara" - A Community Safe Drinking Water Stations working on social entrepreneurship model combined with social franchising

How INDIA Redefined can act like a pressure Group against corruption & Empower Citizens?

If we want our rights or make corruption accountable, we ,the citizens have to make our credibility by good works --if we do our duties on different platforms or without any banner, then we may benefit someone but if we, the Citizens, NGOs, Corporate other organizations put all our good works on one platform -like INDIA Redefined --that will make Citizens empowered to ask about their rights on their own karmas not on some leaders good karmas, something like masses did on Anna ji;s good works.

INDIA Redefined's Ist phase started in 2009 engaging Common People - making them Doers, In the IInd phase we engaged NGOs through our 3rd sector Partnership prog with Common people. Now in 2016 as our IIIrd phase, we are initiating Citizens Corporate Collective Responsibility by engaging Corporate bodies and helping them with their CSR activities. Many organizations have come forward because of our uniqueness of having local people /citizens volunteering in the activities
