When we try deliberately, consciously to touch the peace within, it is called meditation. You have to consciously go into that peace. If you don’t, you won’t get it. Do it consciously in a planned way then it is meditation. It is not easy. Often, even when we touch it we do not recognise it. We do not know how to enjoy it because we have got aspirations, desires, inclinations, likes and dislikes.
