I have learned through reflection that if the boys of monastery do any wrong, it is not their fault; all the fault is mine. If you want things to go well try to reform yourself; always keep watch on your own character and behaviour. Sri Ramakrishna taught us that if we see any defects in others, it is only our own defect. If you want to become great, see others as great.
