Mataji’s Message to Youth!

Youth and social responsibility

 

Youth want action; they cannot sit back and think, they have no patience. Because of their active temperament they are ideally fit for social service. Give them a good idea and they will work wholeheartedly for it. Swami Vivekananda, therefore, wanted young people with energy to work for society. He exhorted them not to be selfish but to divert their energy for noble causes – to promote progress in society. They can do much when their energies are channelised in a disciplined manner.
