What we can learn from the Older generation–22
Start the journey with faith, help will come. That is how Swami Vivekananda went to America. He did not know anybody there when he went. He was only twenty eight years old. He had never addressed a big public meeting in India and he was going to address one of the largest meetings in the history of the world. All the intellectuals of the world had gathered there for the first time in history. He was the youngest and thousands of people, very intellectual and well educated, were seated there. But then what did he do? He offered himself to Goddess Saraswati, Goddess of wisdom. Then She took over. He did not give the talk. He surrendered completely at Her feet. Then the Goddess of wisdom poured Her grace on him. What he said he did not know. The next day when he saw the newspapers he understood what was said. It was not he but Goddess Saraswati who spoke. So if we go forward with faith in god , the Lord will work through us. That is how we get maturity.
