Power of the Name – 01

 

The name of God, nāma, is as sacred as God, as infinite as God, as powerful as God, as eternal as God.  That is why the name is so important and powerful.  The relationship between God’s name and God or God’s form never changes. It is eternal.  Therefore when we repeat the name of God, we are really holding the form of God in our heart. Keeping the name of God in the heart is equal to keeping the form of God in the heart, because nāma and nāmi are the same.
