Visit of Kali Mandir, Laguna Beach California,U.S.A.

          On the way to San Diego one of the most populated state of U.S.A.in the coast of the Pacific, where one of the Sub Centers of Vedanta Society (Under our Hollywood Center ) is there, there is place name Laguna Beach.    

            There is a Kali Temple in a very serene and divine atmosphere. Run by some Monks of “ Saraswati  sampraday”. The Swamis and Brahmacharin all are American but, they know the Indian tradition and culture, rituals and systems of worship such a way and performs puja etc. with so much dedication, austerity and devotion which is something great and  anyone can realize that just visiting the ashram once.

         They know the Ramakrishna Vivekananda Movement and follow the rituals that way. We went there on 4 May 2015 and stayed for few hours,  also took Annabhog prasad of Mother Kali.

helped a lot and has great contribution. She cooked 

Indian dishes that day for us.

There is Shiva-Linga for Shivaratri celebration.

Monks are showing me everything in the Ashrama.

I was feeling as if I’m in India somewhere.

Two young American devotees (college students) help ashram serving as volunteer.

They have been given Indian names. Ambika (That day she coocked for me some Indian dishes),and Turiya.

   I worshiped  Shiva  chanting "snan-mantra".

One small room is used as guest house.

About one acre of land is threre in ashrama.

Then, they sat with us ant took prasad of Mother there.
