Sometime ago a professor in Australia said, the Ramakrishna Order of monks and nuns started social service inspired by the service work of the West. But he didn’t know that the idea of spiritual people spending their life in the service of the rest of humanity has been in the air of Mother India long before the West ventured upon a social service activity.
