Ask God for help. Say, “Please help me not to say that something is bad or ugly in your creation. In your creation nothing is bad or ugly. Everything is pervaded by you. Everything is built of you. You have become the universe. What right have I to say something is bad in your universe! Please help me to appreciate, otherwise let me keep quiet, and not pass judgement. I am not big enough.” This is Ahimsa.
