Yogavasistham says ‘Whatever your mind conceives, it gets moulded into that form.’ Mind is like gas – solids retain their original shape, liquids assume the shape of the container but gas pervades the atmosphere. The mind assumes the form of that which it contains. If you keep good thoughts, the mind will assume that form. If you keep Krishna in the mind, you will see Krishna inside and outside.
