How can you make it (heart) clean? सेवया – through service of the teacher in every possible way. There are many, many ways. When we do ‘seva’ – service to another person, we get humility. That will purify our heart. ज्ञानिनस्तत्त्वदर्शिन: - He is Jnani the knower of Brahman. He will surely advice you. उपदेक्ष्यन्ति ते ज्ञानं There is absolute certainty that the teacher will give the necessary help. ‘Always we must have respect, love and reverence and faith in the guru.’ Sri Ramakrishna goes as far as to say that even if my teacher goes to the toddy shop, my guru is my guru. He is the correct person for me. That faith is needed.
