Listening to talks is another. When you listen to a talk do not think. Listen as if you have never before heard what is being said. It is completely new. Absorb everything. As Julian Huxley said, “Sit before Mother Nature like a little child, then Mother Nature will pour into your lap all her wealth.”  So listen to a talk, go home, take one or two ideas and make them your own.
