The age of the body is nothing. It is the age of the mind that we have to be careful about. Never use the words I can’t. I can’t means I will not. I will not try. That is laziness. You are announcing to the world that you are very lazy. As soon as you say I can’t, you are telling everybody, ‘you know how lazy I am’. Never say that even to yourself. Instead say ‘why can’t I?’
