Power of the Name – 11

 

It was man who began to give names. Man wants to distinguish things by naming them. In the Bible also it is said that God created Adam, then he created Eve and asked them to name the things. It is a beautiful episode. Then Adam looked around. Till then Adam had seen only oneness. All the trees and animals and everything he saw as one, as a part of him. When he was asked to give names, then he began to look, and found one object different from another. Till then there was no differentiation. What a beautiful situation was that!
