Power of the Name – 30

 

Buddha did not insist on doing Japa much but the Buddhists believe in it. Some of them are seen repeating the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum - the jewel of existence is in the Lotus of the heart. They do not repeat the mantra much but they do rotate the wheel. On the wheel is written Om Mani Padme Hum. Rotating it once is equal to repeating the mantra once. It is very common in all Buddhist temples. You go and then rotate it. If you rotate it 100 times, it is equal to repeating it 100 times.
