What are sukham and dukham?  Dukham is that which gives you unpleasant experience, which you did not expect and you do not like.  Sukham, on the other hand, is that which gives a pleasant experience. Sukham and Dukham are not outside, they are inside. If I feel happy, it is Sukham, if I’m not happy with the things that happen, it is Dukham. The world doesn’t give us Sukham or Dukham. It is the reflection that we have got in our mind that makes it either Sukham or Dukham.
