Festival Volunteers - Help Fill Our Most Pressing Slots

Dear parish family & friends,
As you well know, we only have a couple more weeks until our legendary parish Middle Eastern Food Festival on Labor Day Weekend!
I write to you this week to request your help in filling some critical shifts during the preparation week and weekend of the festival.
We currently have some specific shifts during the weekend which are very low on volunteers, which we need to get filled. Many of these are Saturday evening from 5-9pm. A full list of our most pressing needs:
- Grilling - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-9pm - 4 volunteers needed!
- Sandwich Makers - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-9pm - 4 volunteers needed!
- Sweets Sale - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-8pm - 4+ volunteers needed!
- Sweets Sale - Sat. 8/30 @ 8-10pm - 4+ volunteers needed!
- Children's Area - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-6:30pm - 5 volunteers needed!
- Children's Area (generally) - Saturday & Sunday - while our kids & teens have graciously stepped up, more adult supervision is critical for functionality and safety
- Drinks - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-9pm - 1+ volunteers needed!
- Children's Area - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5:30pm - 3 volunteers needed!
- Children's Area (generally) - Saturday & Sunday - while our kids & teens have graciously stepped up, more adult supervision is critical for functionality and safety
- Drinks - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5pm - 1+ volunteers needed!
- Parking - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5pm - 1+ volunteers needed!

- Wed. 8/27 @ 5-9pm - Food & sides prep - 5 volunteers needed!
- Thu. 8/28 @ 1-6pm - Chicken skewer prep - 6+ volunteers needed!
- Thu. 8/28 @ 3-7pm - Outside yard set-up - 6+ volunteers needed!
- Fri. 8/29 @ 9am-1pm - Food & sides prep - 5 volunteers needed!
- Fri. 8/29 @ 1-5pm - Food & sides prep - 6+ volunteers needed!
- Fri. 8/29 @ 1-6pm - Chicken skewer prep - 5+ volunteers needed!
- Fri. 8/29 @ 5-9pm - Food & sides prep - 4 volunteers needed!
- Fri. 8/29 @ 9am-7pm - Outside yard set-up - 6+ volunteers needed! (feel free to note your availability)
- Fri. 8/29 @ 2-9pm - Inside hall set-up - 8+ volunteers needed! (feel free to note your availability)
