Dear Families,

Sunday School Vacation Church School will be meeting on August 1 and August 2. This year we will be visiting the Franciscan Monastery in Washington DC. and the monastery replicas of the holy shrines of Jerusalem. Our plan is to meet on August 1 at 5:30 pm before the Paraklesis service to learn about the shrines that we will be visiting. Father Mark will be talking about what we will be seeing when we visit the Franciscan Monastery the next day, August 2. If you have had a child enrolled in the Atrium class of Sunday School, they will be familiar with the replicas that we have in the Atrium. In addition to the Shrine replicas the Monastery also has replicas of catacombs and beautiful gardens. Father Mark will also be our guide at the Monastery.

VCS is open to all the children and families of the parish. If you have children and want to participate in our sessions, please bring them.
