Food Festival - Last Weekend to Volunteer

Dear parish family & friends,
THIS COMING WEEKEND is the last weekend to sign up in person for shifts at our upcoming Food Festival! Labor Day weekend is nearly upon us.
I know that many people like to wait until the tail end of sign-ups to see where their help may be most needed -- If you like to wait until the end, the time has come for you to add your name to fill our shifts!
Following are our most pressing areas of need:
- Children's Area - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-6:30pm (only 1 1/2 hours!) - 3-4 volunteers needed!
- Children's Area - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5:30pm - 3-4 volunteers needed!
- Drinks - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5pm - 1+ volunteers needed!
- Sandwich Makers - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-9pm - 2-3 volunteers needed!
- Parking - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5pm - 1+ volunteers needed!
- Sweets Sale - Sat. 8/30 @ 5-8pm - 3+ volunteers needed!
- Sweets Sale - Sat. 8/30 @ 8-10pm - 2+ volunteers needed!
- Atayef Dessert - Sun. 8/31 @ 3-5:30pm - 2 volunteers needed!
Please also remember that Food Preparation and Hall/Yard set-up will be ongoing in the 2nd half of the week ahead of the Festival -- we have a lot to do and many hands make quick work!:

- Thu. 8/28 @ 9am-1pm - Food & sides prep
- Thu. 8/28 @ 1-6pm - Chicken skewer prep

- For Hall & yard set-up, please feel free to note your availability - every hour helps!:
- Thu. 8/28 @ 3-7pm - Outside yard set-up
- Fri. 8/29 @ 9am-7pm - Outside yard set-up
- Fri. 8/29 @ 2-9pm - Inside hall set-up
