Thank you for joining us with Joe Cicchino in various churches in
Davis and Woodland. They are continuing seven nights a week until the
Lord moves him on to bless others.
Here are some testimonies of what God has done in our meeting with Joe
since Monday, September 12th. I hope they encourage you to continue to
come as well as encourage you to pray for Joe and those who attend the
meetings. You may also want to forward this report in whole or in part
to others to encourage them to come and be ministered to.
The meetings with Joe Cicchino are characterized by the manifest
presence and peace of the Holy Spirit. Individually and corporately we
are entering deeper into the Lord's presence. As far as I know, at
least one person has been born again every night.
Every night more people are being set free from deep emotional
struggles and low self-esteem. Joy, a recent U.C. Davis graduate, was
set free from a lifetime of emotional pain after being ministered to a
number of times. In her Christian family of origin, emotional
expression was severely repressed. Now Joy's heart and smile broadcast
her name. She and others are realizing that they feel other people's
emotional pain and unhappiness only because of their own unresolved
hurt, pain, anger and guilt. As they get their eyes off others and onto
Jesus, they see their own pain, let it go and receive healing.
One lady at the Foursquare Church in Woodland is glowing, whereas
before she was tight with tension and fear. After being set free and
overflowing with the anointing God, she was able to share the Lord with
a relative no one had the nerve to witness to before. Another young
mother at this church was so filled with hurt and fear she did not want
Joe to get near her. After being ministered to in a series of meetings,
she is full of joy. Last night she was laughing happily. Her young
daughter has changed, because her Mom is set free.
It is wonderful to see the young children come up to have hands laid on
them. They love the presence of the Lord. One teenager from Winters got
saved and touched by the Lord. When she was young she was traumatized
at school and subsequently home schooled. Now her hurt and fear are
gone. She brought her "gothic" garbed friend to a meeting in Davis
where the Lord touched her.
Last Wednesday at the New Testament Church in Woodland, my wife Nancy
saw angels and Jesus in the Spirit siting on the platform of the New
Testament Church in Woodland.
Last Thursday night, about ten people came to Word of Life Christian
Center in Davis, who had never come to our church before. The owner of
a natural food store in Davis was ministered to in a significant way.
On the same night an eighty year old lady, forgave someone who hurt her
about sixty years ago and felt "lighter" afterwards. I am sure they had
not experienced God like they did last night. In fact, one lady told
Joe she never had been prayed for before!
Last Friday night there were between 40 and 50 people at the meeting at
Word of Life Christian Center in Davis. Two ladies drove from Calaveras
County (over 1:30 hours one way). Others came from Citrus Heights,
Rockland, Woodland and Dixon. We all love The precious Korean sisters
from Sacramento who come from two churches in Sacramento. They are
spiritual flames.
We are honored, five-fold ministers, intercessors, believers and
unbelievers are attending these meetings from other parts of Northern
California. Anointings are being shared and imparted. We are all
receiving, so that they can give more. The fellowship is precious and
relationships are forming. "How good and how pleasant it is for
brethren to dwell together in unity..." (Ps.133). As we continue to
work together in the unity of the Spirit, we believe that a regional
move of God will gain strength and continue.
This Sunday night in Davis, the fire of God hit my twenty year old
daughter Rachael and she went into a trance. Joe said that she was
having a very personal encounter with Jesus. Joe said he experienced
this himself and it is not pleasant, because it hurts when the fire of
God cleanses you. Rachael was unable to talk for about an hour after
this experience, and therefore could not tell us what happened to her.
The power was flowing out of Rachael so strong that those Joe invited
to be close to her, felt a peace and presence. One brother tried to
describe it as - "indescribable"!.
Joe will be ministering in Yolo County every night until the Lord tells
him to move to another region.
We invite you to come and receive what God has for you, and in the
process help spread the revival in this area.
Below is Joe's schedule for the rest of this week.
