Who are we, who do we think we are, or are we who God thinks we are.
Until we understand who we are, we shall never see His presence and
Glory in our lives. "When you find ME, you find who you are in ME".
When we are hurt when we are young we go into shock. A shock that is
there so that we can hide all the pain of our lives Pain that controls
our emotions and feelings. A pain that never allows us to be free and
be who we truly are. This pain is so hidden that we never realize that
it controls us the way it does. Who caused this pain is not important.
What is important is seeing what it has done to us and letting it go.
We never want to face it, because it hurts when we think of it and we
run from it. We go into drugs, alcohol and other abuses, so that we can
feel horrible without looking at the pain. But when we finally decide
that we want more of Jesus, we have to make a choice: to hold on to the
past and move with Him in the natural with sometimes being touched by
God or letting go completely and moving in the spirit with Him.

It sounds so simple but letting go of hurts and pain could be the most
difficult thing we have ever done in our lives. Many of us have gone
through many years of counseling with some results. Other forms of
deliverance with some results. But when you let the Holy Spirit become
part of the process and when He revels the hurts of the past and you
finally forgive with your heart like the scriptures tell us to do you
are truly set free and free indeed. Then comes the process of sweeping
the leaven out of our lives.

This is what is happening at the different churches in Yolo county.
Many things are happening to people without anyone understanding what
is happening around them. People's lives are being changed before our
eyes without any big commotion. Jesus is in the house and He is doing
all the work. Last night at New Testament church in Woodland we saw
many things happen. People set free of their past, physical healings,
in the children's church seven salvations and the presence of Jesus was
so strong that people were weeping and crying. One pastor's wife saw
Him sitting on the step leading to the platform and told her daughter
that He is up their let us go and sit with Him. Others felt Him
presence went where they knew He was. It was a night of Glory and
deliverance from who we are, so that we can be who we are.
We have been in three different places so far and in each place the
same thing is happening, the same thing that has been happening for the
last 2 1/2 years with us. When we go somewhere the presence of the Lord
is present and free to do His will, not ours. When we get out of the
way and do what He wants done through us, His Glory shines forth and we
see the word and the spirit working together just like in the book of
Acts. More of Him and less of us and we will have the victory in Him
not in us.
