GOD IS FIRE AND LIGHT

GOD is the one force

behind all other forces,

and manifests as the other forces,

and so is variously referred to as 

fire and light:

HEBREWS 12

Our God is a consuming fire.

1 JOHN 1

God is light, and in him is 

no darkness at all.

JAMES 1

Every good and perfect gift is from above, 

and comes down from the Father of light, 

with whom there is no variableness nor 

shadow of turning.

REVELATION 21

And he showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, 

descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God, 

radiant as a brilliant light.

REVELATION 22

There shall be no night there; and they shall 

neither need a candle, nor the light of the sun; 

for the LORD God shines on them.
