HoloPy 2.0.rc1 ready for testing

I have pushed a release candidate for holopy 2.0. We would like to push
the real 2.0 release by close of business today, so please take a look
and get comments to me by 4pm EST.

Please download it from:

or
bzr branch -r tag:2.0.rc1 lp:holopy

And test it out. I particularly want testing on the linux binary build
being usable and installable without compilers.

Also, the docs have seen lots of changes, please look them over for typos:
