Following the events of the first film, Harris is travelling with Mansur back to the United States. Their goal is to get information from him regarding the whereabouts of a potentially explosive device that is supposed to go off during the State of the Union Address. They're determined to find out, even though the President won't back down from the event. CIA Agent Marshall had made arrangements for Mansur's expectant wife, Niesha, to accompany them in order to apply pressure. They are not the only ones waiting for the flight, though.
