Advice for how to submit ships with characters that are in both Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds has been updated in the nominations open posts, to the following:

"For ships that include characters that are in both Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, we will assume the TOS version is meant by default - if you want to specify the SNW version please add "(SNW)" after the character name(s) to differentiate from TOS version, e.g. "Christine Chapel (SNW)/Spock (SNW)/T'Pring (SNW)". If the ship has a mix of TOS and SNW character versions, please add SNW or TOS in brackets after each of the character names that need clarification."
