Asahina and Komaru are both very bubbly characters that I think would get along easily as bright and happy (normal, popular) girls, and they both survive the Tragedy and are working against despair, positive interaction very likely. I think the most plausible way this would go starts with established Tokomaru. Even if they’re not dating, their friendship is plenty to get Toko to chill out a bit, and when then meeting up with a girl she’s attracted to but has only previously demonstrated said attraction through harassment… love love!
Aoi/Toko/Sakura: Aoi/Sakura, sports girls with a beautiful, strong relationship in canon, and then Toko, who is horrible to them and definitely attracted to Aoi. Sakura is so kind and will always defend Aoi, I think Sakura/Toko fighting (not literally lol, Toko would die. Although a physical fight between Sakura and Sho...) and or/coming to an understanding is a likely set-up. I think they can fix her!, but something v. toxic with Toko super bitter would be fun too.
Aoi/Sonia/Peko: There is a clear reason to ship these three: they are all swimming girls! Meeting at the swimming pool together is an obvious starting point, and it’s a good way for Asahina to meet her senpai. Sonia says she never loses when it comes to swimming, something the SHSL swimmer will definitely disprove, but maybe there are other things they can compete at.
Imposter/Mioda/Saionji/Tsumiki: While I conceived of this ship as various love interests of the Imposter, the three girls are part of their own (rather toxic) friendship group at school as seen in Twilight Syndrome Murder Mystery and are definitely also shippable. Any pronouns, gender identity, guise, is fine for Imposter, various interpretations are all fun. Identity porn is always an option! The SDR2 Twogami we see in canon failing to be bullied by and enjoying getting a nickname from Saionji, looking out for everyone but not tolerating any nonsense is great, too.
I'm super attracted to Imposter. No preference as to how loli Saionji is.
Hinata/Komaeda/Soda: Komaeda and Soda both have a thing for Hinata, I could see him dating and/or having sex with either or both of them, but they really don’t get along with each other. The more bitchiness the better!
Hinata/Kuzuryu/Pekoyama: Fuyuhiko and Peko love each other, of course, but Hajime also has a thing for Peko (in FTEs), and there’s some pretty shippy stuff in Fuyuhiko’s. Hajime and Fuyuhiko getting close after Peko’s ‘death’ and/or post-NWP and dealing with all these feelings when Peko wakes up would be good, I think. And post-Tragedy, everything’s changed, Peko may well feel safer with Hajime than the person she ended the world with.
Hinata/Kuzuryu/Sonia/Owari/Soda: SDR2 survivors polycule! This is v. much a post-killing game ship, how they cope and look after each other through the difficulties of remembering who they are and having to live on the island. Totally fine and indeed enthusiastic for ships between survivors and those asleep to also be included, but I’m interested in how the first 5 to wake up relate to each other. Seeing how this relationship is after others start waking up is also cool.
Despite how I’ve written this, I like using surnames and honorifics from the Jp, however, if you’re not confident with these, please just use the localised versions! That said, I’d rather Asahina Aoi not be called ‘Hina’ (and likewise no ‘Taka’ if that comes up for some reason).

Makina/Sachi/Michiru: Comedy trio, all three like girls. While I always feel Michiru deserves better, realistically she's probably getting bullied into some kind of situation rather than treated with kindness and understanding. Kazuki/Yuuji/Amane: So... I prematurely nominated this ship literally an hour before learning that Kazuki's brain is integrated into the Thanatos system. I don't know if Kazuki ever gets a physical body, but I'm sure there's a way to make it happen. That being said, AU where this doesn't happen or Yuuji/Amane/computer are both acceptable. Kazuki being able to speak is plenty for a sex scene imo. She can provide instructions, criticism, commentary...
I love this ship, anyway, Kazuki being God to Yuuji and Amane and then abandoning them, so good. Yuuji's first sexual experiences informing everything being with his sister, that he can compare Amane's big sister act to his actual big sister, nice and fucked up. Amane trying to replace Kazuki, punishing herself for living, but also falling for Yuuji partly because he reminds her of Kazuki whom she loved first. The mess of Kazuki coming back after all that. Here is the original you both adored. And she gets to see the two people she cared about and fought for having survived and grown and got together.
And why didn't she reach out sooner??

Arisato/Ichinose/Tomoaki: Their sex scene with Arisato gleefully decorating and torturing Ichinose is so good, appreciating his beauty and making him suffer. That said, Ichinose does a lot of looking after Arisato -- making him stomach medicine, writing him letters -- and is very aware of Arisato's darkness, so there's definitely a cuter side to this ship. I also think Ichinose should get to play with Arisato, he has his own sadistic side that he doesn't really get to show -- he's never the aggressor in canon.
But also, I'd love to see feminisation. Tomoaki's thrill at dressing up as a woman is my fave, trans woman Tomoaki makes so much sense to me, but cross-dressing is also good. Tomoaki has Arisato become Alice, they both think Ichinose is really pretty (and Arisato loved decorating him in flowers, Tomoaki keeps thinking he could be a girl) and would totally also dress him up as a woman. Everyone becomes a girl. Honestly, I'd happily read that for all of the ships, no need to limit it to just these three, trans everyone's genders. Hadaka Meido.
Ichinose/Sayaka/Tomoaki: I love their threesome, Ichinose seems to genuinely enjoy getting to touch a woman, even if he likes Tomoaki best. I'd be delighted to see true end Tomoaki with all the butlers. Mizoguchi is super hot and it would be nice to see him included, too, but sticking to canon is fine. A life surrounded by servants willing to perform all sadistic sexual requests. Group sex with all/ various groupings/ watching while they perform for him.
Bad End version where Tomoaki is actually dating all the butlers nicely would be really charming, too. Back to his regular life, or able to be head of the mansion without too much torture? Or before he's kicked out.
I especially love Ichinose and Komine, Toudou's armpits.
Arisato/Ichinose/Tomoaki: Their sex scene with Arisato gleefully decorating and torturing Ichinose is so good, appreciating his beauty and making him suffer. That said, Ichinose does a lot of looking after Arisato -- making him stomach medicine, writing him letters -- and is very aware of Arisato's darkness, so there's definitely a cuter side to this ship. I also think Ichinose should get to play with Arisato, he has his own sadistic side that he doesn't really get to show -- he's never the aggressor in canon.
But also, I'd love to see feminisation. Tomoaki's thrill at dressing up as a woman is my fave, trans woman Tomoaki makes so much sense to me, but cross-dressing is also good. Tomoaki has Arisato become Alice, they both think Ichinose is really pretty (and Arisato loved decorating him in flowers, Tomoaki keeps thinking he could be a girl) and would totally also dress him up as a woman. Everyone becomes a girl. Honestly, I'd happily read that for all of the ships, no need to limit it to just these three, trans everyone's genders. Hadaka Meido.
Ichinose/Sayaka/Tomoaki: I love their threesome, Ichinose seems to genuinely enjoy getting to touch a woman, even if he likes Tomoaki best. Most of the scenes for this ship happen while Tomoya is dating/ married to Nagisa, or after she’s died having his child, so I’m totally happy for Tomoya/Nagisa to also be present. Any and all cheating is fine and good.
That Tomoya can (and should) confess love to Sanae while he’s with Nagisa, that she loves to go on dates with him, tells him he’s her type, beautiful. While Akio gets jealous, he also wants to know if Tomoya is into his wife, wants him to see she’s hot, schemes with him to try and scare Sanae enough to take her top off, offers him her underwear, etc. They also have shippy scenes together, moodily standing side by side thinking about how the town has changed, Tomoya thinking he also loves Akio!

Nagisa/Tomoya/Youhei: Nagisa’s route was the first one I finished and I was super into this trio, I didn’t think much of the characters as individuals, but loved how they worked so well together, instant ot3. My tastes clearly broadened after playing more, but I stand by this ship. Tomoya and Sunohara both have a thing for Nagisa, Tomoya bullies Sunohara, Nagisa is kind to Sunohara and wants to them to spend time together and for him to know he’s not a third wheel, the Okazaki/Sunohara homoerotic moments are numerous, it all fits together.
School days together, After Story if Sunohara also lives with them (maybe he just wants cheaper rent at first or maybe they’re already together), Sunohara as an additional parent. Or, something being reignited when Sunohara visits for the graduation or the surprise visit/baby shower. I think he was such an important of their relationship while at school, he is needed after that!
Tomoya/Tomoyo/Takafumi: Tomoya being enthusiastically into incest fantasies is a good starting point, methinks, making Takafumi and Tomoyo start to think about each other differently/having him force something to happen/ just having him describe these fantasies to one of them inappropriately, maybe during sex.
