Hello.  We will be meeting at The Fold this month, for one last time.  We need to discuss and decide on where and when to meet from here on. Possibilities are libraries, Starbucks, homes, etc. Some facilities charge and some require liability insurance. The more members that attend the better so we can decide on the best option for everyone.  if you have any ideas for a meeting place please check on its availability and report at the meeting.  Is Saturday still best for everyone?
We have a lot of decisions to make.  Please attend!

If you absolutely can't make it to the meeting, please email me your thoughts.

Sharon Krengel has generously offered to have the December meeting at her home so we can have our holiday potluck.

Remember to check also if they require proof of insurance and/or not-for-profit status. I’ve run into two places that do require those.

My first thought is they might only consider 501(c)3 organizations, i.e. Federally registered as not for profit... something to check.

Not for profit organizations have to be at least incorporated. If we want to stay informal, it won’t work. But then, that’s one of the items we should discuss on Saturday - how organized do we want to be?
