With snow expected over the next several days, conditions may rapidly
change.
Riders should use extreme caution.
Caution must be used as there is open water bars. Conditions are early
season.
Riders should avoid open bodies of water and stay off of ice.

Coos County
Pittsburgh - 90% open, Grooming on schedule. Riding is good. Caution
- Shared logging rd on Tr 141, 142 & 143.
Colebrook - 100% open, 2" base. Trails are groomed, riding is
moderate. Rail grade from Colebrook to W Stewartstown (Corr 5A)
Closed Caution - some open water. Warming Hut opening this weekend.
Serving breakfast Saturday and Sunday.
Stratford - 70% open, 2" base Trails are groomed and riding is
marginal
Groveton/Nash Stream - 100% open, 2-4" base. Trails are groomed,
riding is marginal to moderate.
Groveton Village - 100% open, 0"-2" base. Riding is marginal to
moderate. Use caution on rail line. Rails are showing.
Diamond Pond/Coleman State Park - 100% open, 8" new snow on a 6" base.
Trails are groomed and riding is good to great
.
Warming hut opening this weekend. Serving breakfast Saturday and
Sunday.
Errol - 80% open, 2"-3" base. Trails are groomed and riding is
marginal to moderate. Caution - Please stay off plowed logging roads
unless signed open. Club is still signing trails.
Cambridge - 100% open, 2"-4" base. Trails are groomed and riding is
marginal to moderate.
Milan -100% open, 2"-4" base. Trails are groomed and riding is
marginal to moderate.
Twin Mtn - 100% open, 0-12" base. Trails are groomed and Riding is
marginal to moderate. Caution - Rails are showing.
Dalton - 100% open, 3-4" base. Trails are groomed and riding is
marginal to moderate.
Berlin - 60% open, 4" base. Trails are groomed and riding is marginal
to moderate.
Berlin/Success - 100% open, 1-2" base. Trails are groomed and riding
is marginal.
Gorham - 40% open, 1-2" base. Trails are packed and riding is
marginal.
Jefferson - 100% open. 0-4" base. Trails are groomed and riding is
marginal to moderate. Rail Trail open for riding. Caution Rails are
showing and open water bars.
Lancaster - 90% open, 0"-2" base. Trails are packed and riding is
marginal. Caution - Rails on rail line are showing.
Franconia Notch- 100 % open, Trails are packed and riding is marginal.
Caution - Some open water bars on Corr 11 north of the bike path.
Carroll County
Bear Notch/Bartlett - 4" base, packed icy conditions. Caution -
Expect some open water bars. (RR tracks do not open until the 4th of
January.) Watch for mushers and cross country skiers.
East Conway to Chatham - 2-3" base. Trails are not groomed. Caution -
Open water bars, trail from Hurricane Mtn Road to Fryeburg closed due
to high water.
Ossipee - 2-3" base. Trails are not groomed. Caution - Open water
bars and RR tracks are not covered.
N Conway - 2-3" base Trails are not groomed. Caution - Open water
bars and RR tracks are not covered
Castle in the Clouds - Trails open but not groomed since rain. Caution
- Open water bars, gates closed to get to gas station.
Moultonboro - 1-2" base. Trails are not groomed and some gates are
still not open.
Grafton County
Lisbon - Very marginal base. Snow with ice and bare spots. Grooming
will resume when we have sufficient snow cover. Use extreme caution.

Limited riding. Check club websites for more information.
Strafford County
New Durham/Powder Mill - 90% Open
Corridor 22 From Johnsons to 28 - CLOSED
Moose Mountain - CLOSED

Sullivan County
Pillsbury State Park - Riding is marginal . Mad Road is closed for
logging.
Claremont and surrounding areas - CLOSED
Unity/Ackworth - Trails are closed until more snow.
Cheshire County
Pisgah State Park- Icy conditions riding is poor.
Rail Trails
Concord to Lincoln- Opening January 4th- Caution - Equipment on rail
in New Hampton North of Dana Hill Rd Bridge in Ashland station.
Northern Recreational Rail Trail, Lebanon to Franklin - Groomed and
6"-8" base. Fair riding.
Andover to Boscowen - Poor riding, some bare spots. Packed.
Farmington Recreational Rail Trail - Gates have been opened.
Rockingham Rec Trail - Open for riding. Gates closed.
Presidential Rail Trail - Open for riding. Gates opening this week.
Rail bed, Whitefield to Groveton - CLOSED
Ashuelot Rail Trail - Open for riding. Gates Closed. Rail is icy,
riding is fair.
Sugar River Rail Trail - 6" of snow. Open for riding. Gates are
open.
Rail grade from Colebrook to W Stewartstown - CLOSED
