Dear Brethren,

Please confirm with me your attendance for this conferral as we need the requisite number of officers to open the lodge. The Worshipful Master will not be attendance.  I think others have indicated they will not be in attendance; Bob Cooley and Colin Clarke.

Brother SW,

I contacted the WM earlier today to ask if we could confer both EA's on Wed night.  If we do not, the candidate would wait until sometime in July to be initiated.  The WM indicated that he would was okay with that as long as we made sure the candidate's reading was done tomorrow evening.

I was about to contact the candidate to inform him.

Are you okay with us performing both EA degree's on Wednesday evening?

Please advise.

If the candidate receives his pre-EA reading tomorrow night and the degree team doesn't object to a double EA conferral, there's no objection on my part. 

Thanks for organizing. This should just about wrap up the year.
