Edith,

Ok for April 27th same conditions as before.

Please advise how many cars you expect? This just in case some others approach us for use of our parking area. And also advise if I need to drop the chains on all entrances, or if just the currently open entrance should be sufficient.

Also we have now been advised that we ought to get a "cerfificate of insurance" naming the Masonic Building Associaton of Houston, Holland Lodge No. 1 AF&AM, Ruthven Commandery No. 2-KT, Washington Chapter No. 2 and Houston Council No. 1 R&SM as additional insured's. (The MBA manages the building, the others are owners.)

Getting this certificate of insurance should be a very simple matter of you calling your insurance agent. Please endeavor to get it if you cannot get if for this weekend no problem, but please get it when you can.

Congratulations on your 175th anniversary - Holland Lodge had its 175th in 2010.

Robert,

It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone the other day. I pray you are doing well.

I just received the word that we DO want to use your parking lot on February 23, 2014 from 7am to 2pm at the rate of $5 per car. You mentioned sending over a liability release document/email. As soon as I get that I will get it approved and back to you.

Thank you for allowing us the use of your lot. I look forward to hearing from you.
