Please carefully note below. Encourage all brethren to attend the warden's retreat and G.S.
School. Excellent sources of information.

Grand Secretary School - Houston
Don't forget! There will be a Grand Secretary's School/Forum in Houston, Saturday, June 14th, at Doric Lodge No. 420/Houston Scottish Rite Temple. 9:00am - 3:00pm.

The 2014 Schools of Instruction are provided for your use and information. Lodges, it is imperative that your Secretary attend and you should insist that the Worshipful Master, Wardens, and Treasurer attend. All Texas Masons should attend this important Masonic education event. All Schools in 2014 will be in the forum format in which the GS Staff will help present the material and will include Power Point presentations. Hopefully, the host Lodge will provide coffee and doughnuts at 8:00 a.m. and a light lunch.
Traditionally, the Schools of Instruction (Forum) will start at 9:00 am and will continue to about 3:00 pm (or until all of the questions are answered).
We hope to see you there!

Warden's Retreat Application 2014
The 2014 Warden's Retreat Application is now available. Please note that there will be NO walk-in registrations on the day of the conference in order that the materials and meals can be prepared, so please make sure your reservations are in by the deadlines shown--NO exceptions!

Service Award Eligibility Report
The Service Award Eligibility Report reflects Brothers that are eligible for their 50+ Year Service Awards as of the New Masonic Year which will start on June 24, 2014 . View this report SOON, and request the Certificates and Lapel Pins with the SVC Award form on the Forms Page. If the 50 Year Service Award is not requested, your lodge will not be exempt from paying per-capita on the 50 year member.
