Wiki Front Page Changes

Removed links for Current Development Version, and Development Packages... I want these links there, however right now this is likely to be out of date unless someone makes a note to always check it and manually build the dev packages. Once we have some form of automation building dev packages I think would be a good time to add this back in. Currently it just has link to stable sources, and snapshot sources.

I'd like to get dev packages squared away next week so this change is only temporary.
