holland submitted for inclusion in Fedora/EPEL

I've submitted the package review for holland in Fedora/EPEL:

This does _not_ mean holland will be added to Fedora/EPEL right away. The review process can take a while (depending on if any reviewers find it interesting enough to review). Once review is complete that gets us CVS access and the package in pkgdb. From there we can have a 'GO/NOGO' in case anyone doesn't think we should proceed.
