Sitting in one of the best coffee shops I've come across, having the
best tasting espresso in recent memory. I'm going to have to walk out
of here with a bag of their beans - roasting as I type -- resistance
is futile.
Could be the vibe up here, but it's working this morning.
My day starts shortly, but some quick comments to join the roundtable
here...
I like the values outline Aaron contributed - concise and key
attractive points of CW are there, at least from my perspective.
I would also add my support of Dan's point re: suitability of the
space to more than IT-derivative fields. Photography / creativity-
strong disciplines would both flourish in this environment in my view
but more importantly, would add to it tremendously.
A key aspect of the space from my POV would be the potential for
developing a truly workable open innovation model, something I've been
working on for some time. Very compelling for both freelancers &
large org folks as well. This is truly the future of work, IMHO.
Space -- what about the space available just down the sidewalk from
VeloCity Cycles? Maybe hi-rent district? Unknown, but I'll call them
if nobody else has inquired. Certainly looks nice to me.
That's it for now. Gotta get to my first preso of the day...
