Fear not!

I am not part of FIG or HRC but a former HRC community manager - hired
under the Colsons. We resigned under FIG, once we recognized that the
whole management attitude was unquestionably becoming more focused
"the bottom line" and less about the residents.

Regarding regional managers that we worked with; we started out with
the one who initially interviewed us but was fired within our first
year, having visited our community only once. Subsequently, we
actually worked under three different RMs, each of whom was a K-Mart
alum' [blue-light-special if you must] and each of whom I regarded
highly as did most managers and co's.

Incidentally, blogger DL Charles [link below] was the first one I made
aware of this group. He and I have never met but we have become good
friends it seems, if only electronically. This group has been
established to expand discussion to those who have not discovered his
ground-breaking "Beneath The Veil".
