It looks like we may be working our way back towards using warrants in the United States before searches and wiretaps are executed.  It seems like all of the mistakes we're seeing are still from around 2002-2004, though.  I wonder just how much unconstitutional garbage is going to show up from the last two years of the Bush administration under Republican "oversight" (2004-2006), particularly if the next group in the White House is Democratic.
