journey, arousing all five senses. With Vincent Hu, Holistic Health
Counselor and Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, we will explore our
awarenesses through a chocolate meditation and chakra opening
exercises, learning a few simple techniques to quiet the mind and
bring more tranquility into our lives. All levels. Wear light and
comfortable clothings. We will do gentle warm up and stretching
exercises before meditation. Raw Chakra Chocolates are provided by
