Hi!

Trying to install under jessie (Debian) and having some trouble. I wonder if you could tell us which version was used for your last install.

Regards,

Hi Marcus,

It was tested on Debian Jessie. What problems are you getting?

Hi Paulo,

taking a  step a time, a first error is this:
"localhost: Error: JAVA_HOME is not set and could not be found."

Ir seams to be in "/home/hogzilla/hadoop/libexec/hdfs-config.sh", when invohed in a SSH from "/home/hogzilla/hadoop/sbin/hadoop-daemon.sh". My last try was to set JAVA_HOME in "/etc/profile".

Any ideas?
