\a\6\4\A required because in case of ^@M=Keys|m...@address.com|10

in russian and others locales text other than in english, will  be like my"addressюcom etc.

in case above all is ok in windows server, but in windows 10 (last preview slow ring)  x64

alt simbol is sometimes (!) still like pressed. I mean \A works or not works randomly

Same question. Tried to remap built-in hotkey Win+Alt+D to Win+Z (~M=Keys|\w\ad), but Alt key pressed status is preserved, have to press Alt key again to release the pressed status.
