Why does stack, unstack, and cycle no longer work?

The latest 1.16 example config ini still has these in the file.

Indeed I removed these commands in 1.16. I felt they were too nichey,
and was concerned with keeping hoekey as small as possible.

Thanks for the note though, I should probably release an updated
package.
