Rehab Shops & Forest Camp

Description:
Moholoholo Forest Camp looking for a responsible organised individual for the daily running of the Curio & Tuckshop at the Rehab Centre as well as relief management of Forest Camp

Who are we looking for?

Must have initiative

• Mature and hands-on
• Able to have a meaningful conversation with (mostly foreign) guests
• Have great hosting skills.
• Have a good understanding of the environment
• Willing to work in a variety of departments Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work long hours
• Down to earth

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

 

• Daily running of the shops, including cashups, orders, stock takes
• Ensure cleanliness & neatness of shops
• Microsoft Excel a MUST
• Room checks at lodge
• Liaise with Head Office regarding reservations
• Check in and out of guests at Forest Camp
• Arranging activities & day trips
• Food & Beverage service (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
• Ensuring all service standards are met and maintained
• Staff Management and supervision
• Following up on maintenance and lodge issues
