- Young and energetic
- Must be able to do stock takes, must be able to work on a computer
- Must be able to do invoicing and daily cash ups
- Must speak fluent English
- Must be able to work with clients
- Must be able to take responsibility
- Must be able to do bar stocks and cash ups
- Menu costing and food purchased
- Menu planning
- Running of River Café
- Weddings and functions
- Not be a clocker
- All-rounder must be able to work in different departments and be hands on and not be scared to take responsibility
