To do this, you will remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the app. Once you reinstall the app, make sure you have all sounds turned up, log into the app, allow notifications, and then test to see if the sound comes up. Hope this helps!
If your iPhone is not ringing for Dialpad calls, there are several possible reasons and solutions. Firstly, check if notifications are muted by swiping a Dialpad notification to the left and tapping "Options" to ensure that notifications are not muted. Additionally, verify that the iPhone's notification settings for Dialpad are enabled, including Background App Refresh, Notifications, Lock Screen notifications, and Immediate Delivery. Check the sound and haptic settings to ensure that the ringer volume is not set to 0 and that the ringtone is audible. Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is off and that unknown callers are not silenced in the phone settings. Disable WiFi Assist if it is causing missed notifications. Finally, check your own behavior, such as unlocking the phone or using headphones, which may silence call notifications.
The answer is no. That sound is generated by the communications network, and your phone is just playing it to you. Your phone has no native way to differentiate between that sound and the sound of the person on the other end (or their voicemail).
So basically, every time I get a call I instinctually look at my watch to see who's calling. Then, if I grab my phone to accept the call (by swiping accept on the phone), the call audio starts coming out of my watch instead of the phone until I manually switch it.
There are numerous hearing assisted devices on sites that are geared to people with hearing challenges. Diglo.com has a Clear Sounds CR200 that you supposedly connect to your phone that has volume, a light strobe that lights up the whole room and an optional Jack to connect a bed shaker. I would check Harris Communications and Oaktree products and maybe Adco.
They can all be trialed and returned. I use the flasher on my cell phone what lights up when a call comes through but it only flashes once. Something like the Clear Sounds might work and you can research them.
I could not hear well on the phone even with my hearing
aids. My son suggested trying Facebook audio on my
iPad. It is great. Of course I have to get family and friends to call me that way. I just got an iPhone so presume it will work well on that too.
However, when I use ring, I just get a notification that someone is ringing the doorbell and then I have to click on it to see the live video. Does your ring app automatically open up to live video to accept or reject when your doorbell is ringing?
Please make this happen. It would be better to have this type of phone ring especially if you have your phone in your pocket/purse. Having a special ringtone, we can identify that this notification is from our doorbell. Maybe add vibrate too please. Thank you!! Go Wyze!! Oh sd card in doorbell too pls!!
I am using the Anker Soundcore Select Bluetooth speaker to stream radio at work via my Iphone. I have my iphone set to do not disturb. Yet the bluetooth speaker plays a ringing sound when a call comes in and if I ignore the call, the voice from the call also plays through the speaker.
If you call back, you risk being connected to a phone number outside the U.S. As a result, you may wind up being charged a fee for connecting, along with significant per-minute fees for as long as they can keep you on the phone. These charges may show up on your bill as premium services, international calling, or toll-calling.
If you are billed for a call you made as a result of this scam, first try to resolve the matter with your telephone company. If you are unable to resolve it directly, you can file a complaint with the FCC at no cost.
I did find that I could leave BT on if I turned off the Media setting for the Tesla and that will allow Eufy audio to get to the phone. Eufy really needs to hire some real developers that understand the OS they are dealing with.
Currently when I get a call, I hear the ringtone/text-tone/email-tone/whatever through both the ear buds and the phone speakers simultaneously. I'm not referring to any sort of text to speech, just the song/chimes. Id like to make it where it does not come out of the phone speakers, but just the Galaxy Buds. I'm not trying to dismiss your comment. I appreciate your time and input. I just want to make sure my goal is clear.
In the meantime, your phone might support another way to get your attention about incoming calls. Learn how to set up camera flash notifications to be alerted visually instead, or have calls ring on a different device.
When the phone is on Silent Mode, it vibrates instead of ringing when you receive a call. Go to Settings > Sound & Vibration and toggle the settings to switch vibration off.
When you pair a phone with a vehicle, it involves a process of exchanging security credentials to allow your vehicle to gain access to it. An encryption key is generated and if the key is lost by either your phone or the vehicle, they may need to be paired with each other again. Follow the instructions for How to Pair Your Bluetooth Smartphone.

Should you want to put a phone tree or routing on your phone numbers, you can do that on our Communicator plan. This would include having one voicemail automatically play during the day and another after hours or options like extensions. Read more about phone trees here.
In order to answer inbound calls to your Spruce phone number, you must set your Spruce number to forward to a physical cell phone, landline or Spruce VoIP phone. If you list multiple phone numbers, all the phone numbers listed will ring simultaneously and the first phone to answer will be connected to the caller. If no phone numbers are listed in your forwarding list, then inbound calls to your Spruce number will go directly to voicemail.
Mobile: Go to settings (gear icon) and select "Phone and SMS" then select your phone number and select "Numbers to Ring" and select "Add Number" and either "Select Teammate, Group or VOIP phone" or you can enter a number manually above. To remove one click "Edit" or toggle them off.
Web: Go to settings (gear icon) and select "Phone and SMS" then select your phone number and go to "Numbers to Ring" and choose to "Add Number", Add team or teammate" or "Add VOIP phone." To remove one click the three vertical dots and remove.
Within Numbers to Ring, you can add or remove phone numbers. When your Spruce number is called, all the numbers toggled ON in the list (blue toggle), will ring. Please note, if you put a phone number it will ring that number but all voicemails will be captured in Spruce, not on that phone's voicemail. If you need to forward calls and voicemails to a 3rd party please reach out to Spruce Support as this must be set up within a phone tree.
With a phone tree on the account you will follow a different procedure to determine what numbers will ring by going into another setting called "Ring Groups" or "Contact Groups". To learn how to manage call forwarding in each branch of your phone tree please see here.
One benefit of Spruce is the ability to maintain a separate professional voicemail greeting, distinct from the personal greeting that lives on your cell phone. As a default, before you've recorded your custom greeting, your Spruce account will play an automated voicemail greeting that names your practice (as you've indicated in your Settings):
If you do not wish for anyone to answer inbound calls, you can opt to Send Calls Directly to Voicemail. This setting will result in all inbound calls going to your Spruce number to be immediately sent to voicemail without ringing you. This is often used for periods of time when you do not want to receive inbound calls from your Spruce number, but still want callers to leave a voicemail.
