Hi, all.

We are pleased to announce the release of Hockeypuck 2.4.

Hockeypuck 2.4 is recommended for all users. The 2.4 release adds full
support for RFC9580 and RFC9880 post-quantum OpenPGP keys, as well as
initial support for HKPv2. It does not currently support v5 "LibrePGP" keys.

Note that there are breaking changes between the 2.3 and 2.4
branches, and SKS sync is not supported with peers running earlier
versions. Operators are encouraged to configure `pksFallback=true`
bidirectionally with one or more of their partners, to ensure that
updates replicate during any split-brain scenario. Please see
https://hockeypuck.io/configuration.html#TOC_1.4.1

Release notes can be found at
https://github.com/hockeypuck/hockeypuck/releases/tag/2.4

You can install the latest release by cloning the repo from
https://github.com/hockeypuck/hockeypuck and checking out the branch
`branch-2.4`. It is not recommended to deploy from the `master` branch
or the `latest` docker image in production.

You can find more information at the hockeypuck wiki:
https://github.com/hockeypuck/hockeypuck/wiki

Hockeypuck 2.4 development is kindly supported by NGI Zero Core.

Thanks,
Andrew.

I of course meant `pksFailover=true`, thanks to Max for reminding me why
I shouldn't write emails at midnight... ;-)
