Installation from source

Dear hockpuck community,

I wanted to follow the "Build and Install from source" instructions at
https://hockeypuck.io/install-source.html but I'm unsure if they are
(still) correct.

It says to clone https://github.com/hockeypuck/packaging, but that
repository is archived. And afterwards, it instructs to go install
github.com/hockeypuck/server, but this repository is also archived.
