Montreal Tournament Invitation

Greetings,

The following is an invitation to the next Montreal tournament, November 9^th and 10^th 2019. Here are the important pieces of information :

• From Saturday November 9^th 7:00am until Sunday November 10^th 4:00pm.
• Claude-Robillard Pool. 2 courts, flat bottom, 2m/6 ½ ft depth, glossy tiles. In-water subbing.
  Address : 1000 Av Émile-Journault. Montréal, QC, H2M 2E7
• 2 divisions : A (competitive) & B (recreative).
• A player cannot register in two different teams, nor can he/she play in two division.
• Number of players per team
• Division A : TWELVE (12) players registered. TEN (10) dressed per game
• Division B : TWLEVE (12) players registered. TWELVE (12) dressed per game.
• Costs: 115cad$/player, to be paid by October 28^th 2019. After October 28th, costs will go up to 130$/player. No refunds. A player registration may be transferred.
• One payment per team. PLEASE SEND THE ATTACHED FORM WITH YOUR REGISTRATION.
• To be paid by Interact Transfer or Paypal at joey...@live.com. Form is to be sent at the same address.
• It is possible to make changes or add players to a roster until Saturday November 9^th 7:00am.
• Food : The organization will provide food during the tournament for the athletes.
• Refereeing :
• As much as possible, the organization will provide the in-water referees.
• Deck and table referees will be provided by the organization.
• ***If you are interested in refereeing at the tournament, full-time or part-time (player-referee), please contact us regarding that.
• Massage services provided by the organization.

Petit rappel.

Date limite d'inscription d'une équipe sans pénalité. 28 octobre 2019 23:59. 115$cad/joueur.

Il faut envoyer la fiche d'inscription et le paiement à joey...@live.com

Après cela, le montant est de 130$cad/joueur pour toute équipe s'inscrivant après cette date. Il est possible de faire des changements à la liste d'équipe jusqu'au samedi 9 novembre 7:00.

Deadline for team registration without penalty.

The payment and the team registration sheet must both be sent at joey...@live.com

After that, the registration fee will be 130$/cad for teams registering past the deadline.

It is possible to change the team roster until Saturday November 9th 07:00 am.
